Sugar Free Caramel Cookies have never tasted better! @baconbutterbourbon created this extra delicious cookie recipe with our Sugar Free Sea Salt Cocomels. The perfect, better-for-you dessert for anyone to enjoy!

- 1 stick softened butter 3/4 cup granular sweetener
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 3.5oz pouch Sugar Free Sea Salt Cocomels Caramels
- Dash of sea salt
Form dough around a flattened & frozen Sea Salt Cocomels Caramel, into a flat circle (these do not spread!), top with sugar free dark chocolate chips, and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Cool on the cookie sheet—these will be very fragile while hot, and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
